Melvin, now a business owner, director and branch manager of Ray White Swanson shares a wealth of real estate knowledge from his vast experience marketing, promoting and selling a wide range of residential and rural/lifestyle property within the local community. He has successfully managed over 600 marketing campaigns resulting in sales that consistently exceeded vendor expectations. This experience allows him to successfully lead his sales team in any real estate market to ensure that our clients are in the very best hands. 

Having been a member of the Swanson community since 1983 he is enthusiastic about West Auckland, especially Swanson and Waitakere. Therefore a big part of his focus is creating initiatives that have already resulted in huge success stories for local schools and community organisations.
