Born and raised in Swanson, West Auckland, Phenix has seen first hand the remarkable growth of his hometown, giving him exceptional insight and local geographical knowledge.

As a third generation Swanson resident and former Swanson School pupil, Phenix is deeply connected to the community. His long standing ties and approachable nature make him a familiar and trusted face in the area. Known for his clear, punctual communication and strong attention to detail, Phenix ensures the team and clients alike are supported with efficiency and care.

Phenix brings an energetic and thoughtful approach to his work, shaped by his extensive background in football and coaching. This experience has fostered his teamwork, discipline, and drive to achieve the best possible outcomes in everything he undertakes. His passion for DJ’ing reflects his creativity and adds to the positive, dynamic atmosphere within the office.

His interest in real estate began when his parents purchased their first home in Swanson. Observing and learning from seasoned professionals, Melvin and Alyshia, inspired his admiration for the dedication and expertise that define the industry.

Now a valued member of the Ray White Swanson team, Phenix provides essential administrative and operational support while working closely with Alyshia and the wider team.
