Our all-inclusive management rate covers you for everything we do from collecting and managing the rent, regular inspections including in-depth reporting, documentation meeting the ever-changing legislation, advertising and marketing the property, plus credit and background checks in order to find you a quality tenant. We only charge the set percentage on rent received and maintenance that’s carried out with your approval. There are no hidden costs
Our fees are tax deductible and our End of Financial Year Statement is simple and tax accountant friendly.
